• The absolute minimum order for all calendars will be half the listed minimum quantity. You will be charged the price of the
listed quantity plus a $30.00 surcharge fee. •Proofs are sent only when requested.
• All order forms must be received by August 31, 2021. Any orders collected after will have an increased delivery
time. A late fee (10% of your total) will be added to the bill.
• ComPlete orders : For an order to be considered "complete" and factory-ready, we must receive all of the
following information: artwork, ad copy layout, type style and size, item number and description, imprint color quantity,
shipping method, address and date, approval of proof (if proof is requested), approved credit or cash with order, fax

Colors • Calendar price includes one ad printed on the total quantity of the order. Each change from the original
ad will incur a charge of $0.20/calendar(7 page format) and $0.30/calendar(13 page format).

Color of Ink •Matching a specific color of ink other than the standard color will result in a $30.00 surcharge
fee along with a wash-up charge per color of $20.00.
•Four Color Process imprint ad requires a minimum quantity of 1,000.
Product • Due to the nature of the materials and the variance in manufactured products,
Color Variance we cannot guarantee exact match within orders or on repeat orders.
